MANAGEMENT APTITUDE TEST ( MAT )


Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a standardised test being administered  to facilitate Business Schools (B-Schools) to screen candidates for admission to MBA and allied programmes. AIMA conducts MAT Examination four times in a year-– February, May, September, and December.
MAT is one of the most popular competitive exams among MBA aspirants as it gets them access to a large number of good B schools in India.over  600 B-Schools consider MAT score for their admission across india.

At present MAT examination conduct both paper based examination and computer based examination.candidate can choose either of this. Candidate should familiar with computer to attend computer based test.
MAT scores are valid for one year for most management institutes. There will be many examination centres in different part of the india and MAT also conducted in overseas locations.
 ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR FOR MAT
 Graduation in any discipline from any recognized University or equivalent.
    Final year students of Graduate Courses can also apply.

PATTERN OF MAT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION

There will be 200 questions and each carry one mark.there is no negative marking for incorrect attempt and 150 minutes allocated for examination.

 Language Comprehension (40 marks)
 Mathematical Skills(40 marks)
 Data Analysis and sufficiency(40 marks)
 Intelligence & Critical Reasoning(40 marks)
 Indian & Global Environment (40 marks)
